Money quietly trickling in… but so many things to do that don’t really *earn* much… pain in the bun sometimes.

Folks are still here but with only two weeks left before they fly out. I have a *huge* amount of work to do and no time to do it… maybe making a list would help… I lose track very easily :)

… totally sucks… bigtime.

This is a load of crap… so slow… when it works that is… I’ve called to get it fixed but they just say “If it gets worse call us”… so I do… and it doesn’t get fixed.

The time is coming to shift ISP’s again I think – maybe back to a wireless solution! Internode here we come.

Seems strange to go back to writing about real life… but for David Hicks what he is experiencing is nothing *like* ‘real life’. For years he has been locked away in a US run Cuban jail after being detained illegally following the US invasion of Afghanistan.

After being abandoned to his fate by the Australian government he discovered he was eligible for British citizenship and applied for it knowing the UK government would insist on it’s citizens being released from the hellhole of Guantanamo Bay. Unlike the Australian government, the British accept that the entire process is a sham with a mock trial being set up under a legal system *designed* to find him, and others like him, guilty of concocted ‘crimes’.

Despite this, the UK is still trying to avoid any conflict with the US and is appealing the decision of the High Court in the House of Lords… the highest court of appeal.

We can only hope that justice will eventually prevail. I have no idea if he is guilty or innocent, but I *do* know that his extended illegal incarceration is an offence against natural justice.

And after all that I can get back to the old site and carry on where I left off… black to norman.

But active or not I still have to transfer the referral posts onto it so it isn’t quite done yet :)

I’ll also change the links on the referral pages so the PTC/PTR/Auto-surfs can follow me there… and then I can begin a dual life… Mr Hyde lives!!! But now off to bed… been a long day… more on that when the blogs finally separate.

Eh wassat you say? Well it’s like this… This was supposed to be my personal blog, a description of my life, daily doings etc and something I and/or my family and friends, can look back and ask did that *really* happen or did he make it up etc… ?

Lately of course it’s turning more and more down the path of financial discussion and the development of a strategy for developing an income stream from the web. Of course that’s alright if that’s what you want to read, and of course I want to write it… however there are other things going on that have nothing to do with money and I’d like to write *them* up too! However, it’s not an easy mix… people who come for one don’t want to see the other… and vice versa… or something.

To over come this little problem I’m creating another blog (currently called “Mr Bloggie’s Bloggie”) which will be located on http://www.blogme.arpss.com and the ‘moneymaker’ blog will be relocated there. Once up and running, this little blog will revert to publicising more of my endless tirades against the way the world is run :D

Don’t get *too* excited tho… I’ve not moved quite yet… :D

The good news? That’s that ProfitProInvesting *did* pay out. The bad news? Well after all the reinvesting I did… it finally paid out $19.50… from my initial stake of $20! :D

The stats of the page read as follows after I withdrew the $19:50 balance.:

Account Balance: $0.00
Earned Total: $50.50
Active Deposit: $5.00
Last Deposit: $5.00 Apr-5-2006 08:23:36 AM
Total Deposit: $41.00
Last Withdrawal: $10.00 Apr-1-2006 07:07:01 AM

To be fair it *looks* good, and probably would have been had I withdrawn the profits. In essence however, it would appear that I should *not* have reinvested the money but rather should have withdrawn it and accumulated the profits externally rather than trying to compound them.

You live and learn! Nevertheless, they *did* pay out and I can’t fault *them* for that.

When the next plan is launched I’ll drop my $20 back in and *this* time remove the profits as they are paid. Let’s see where *that* approach takes me! :D

Slowly but surely the newest programs are approaching their ‘pay days’. The ‘test deposit in ProfitProInvesting matures on the 9th, and the income from Wired Surf at the end of next week. So far apart from the odd dollar or two I’ve received from programs such as the paid email provider GainPay, I’ve not done too badly – bearing in mind I’ve invested very little cash outlay. For example, EmailCash has paid me $250 and Pureprofile paid $100.

In response I’ve uploaded another $200 to e-gold and have added a minimal $10 to Compact Surfers to test it out… though I must say it already looks like another winner!

For anyone not familiar with the names above, they can all be found in the ‘Money Maker’ pages in the menu. In the meantime, I have to get moving. Today I’m helping to sell hot dogs outside a hardware store to raise money for the local Girl Guide group… and it’s *so* early Sunday morning too… gawd…

Decided on a ‘pink’ theme for a while. I thought it had a vague ‘french’ feel to it though that makes little difference to the content I suppose. Of course I lose the overt advertising on the front page, but I think that’s a good thing. I was getting a little tired of those adverts flashing everywhere no matter how informative and useful they are. The information is still here, but hidden a little deeper on the pages.

It’ll do for now.

Latest of the Pay-To-Surf programs I can recommend is Compact Surfing. The website could do with a shake up but they are paying out and at the end of the day that’s all that really counts.
