Apart from excessive sorbitol being a really good laxitive… ooer… it is apparantly a carbohydrate (you live and learn!!)!
Now I’m asking myself if I’m allowed to eat the damn Apple Spice treats or not? I’m supposed to be on a low-carb diet and chowing down on something that’s 98% carbs seems a little self indulgent.
True I doubt I’d eat these things by the kilo… but I’ll still have to look it up to see what other effect it has… just in case… as if being a laxitive isn’t enough! !!
