		<description>Oh Nanna&#039;s cooking, didn&#039;t have very many meals there but oh her cake, her Welsh cakes and lemon curd tarts and jam tarts were to die for and her tartlets - she didn&#039;t make the pastry with margarine, she used lard and her pastry was always white.  To this day I am sure that her saying hot Welsh cakes would give you indigestion was a ploy to stop us from eating them all before anyone else had any hahahaha.  

I remember her cutting a slice from a loaf of bread that she held under her arm, I can&#039;t cut a straight slice of bread to save my life.</description>
